We recognize that the text is encoded with base64:

We use CyberChef to decode it and we get a weird flag:

However we can recognize the beginning of the flag TFCCTF{ and the challenge emphasize on the fact that there are extra information. So we try to remove some characters after the beginning of the flag:

We just removed one character (VEZDQ1RGe13 to VEZDQ1RGe1) from the base64 encoded text and we get the flag: TFCCTF{Y0u_r4b1d_d0g?!?!?!?!?!>/>?>?>12390jcapskdj091randomlettersandnumbersreeee2j3}
